Argentinian culture is influenced by both Europe and North America. Unlike the French, Argentinian women consider under the arm hair unsightly--and quite like many North Americans, do everything they can to look younger, more symmetrical, etc. Being that the hospitals are first rate, travellers from afar come here just to get worked on...
